Hey Dan,

OKRs are all about moving a metric from point A to point B.

Sometimes you're going from 0% to 100%. But more often it's from 8% to 11% or 33 to 87 or some other less convenient number.

Breaking out those two fields lets you use the raw numbers that make sense for your business while getting the spreadsheet handle the percentage completion calculations for you.
